London: day 3

I am staying at this guys house, his name is Marc, also known as Scrapper. I met him through Simon, also known as Si (Like Cyborg, Si) I met Si, through Mckaig. Si, just returned from a trip in the states, so he doesnt have a place of his own right now, so he is also staying at Scrappers. And then there is Josephine, a.k.a. Jo. she as well just got back from a trip, she is staying at scrappers. So all of these people i am with are also travellers, so its been real nice to here their stories and to talk to them and get help from them, its been awesome!

So, today, i spent the whole day with Scrapper and Si, walked around town, Scrapper took me to an awesome bike shop, very awesome bike shop, they were selling pretty much every track frame i have dreamt about. And everything was fixed gear there, so, pretty nice. Pretty expensive. We went to a vegan cafe which was real good, it was ran all DIY too, all the staff were volunteers, it was nice. Luckily Si got us the food for cheap, even though all we had were Shakes, they were the best shakes iv ever had. After that we rode the bus around, went to this real awesome market place where there were clothes shops, record shops, resteraunts, alot. That was real nice. After that we just walked around, met up Jo at a bar in china town and met some of their friends. Then we went to this hardcore/punk show at this cafe bar, we never went in. I met alot more people and we just hung out in the front. That was fun. I didnt take any pictures though. Sorry. I actually also didnt ride at all today either. But...It was cloudy and rainy all day anyway.

Tomarrow im off to Paris, im staying at a Hostel. Im hoping there will be there to meet and we can travel paris together...im actually REALLY hoping for that. Tonight at the show everyone was helping me learn a little bit of french, or at least what i need to know. They said pretty much if you dont speak french then no one will listen to me. Like, they know english, but the french only like the french. So, i guess we'll just have to see how Paris goes...

After Paris i might be going to Tolouse, France. To see To Kill, an awesome hardcore band from Italy. It doesnt seem like they will be making it to America anytime soon to play some shows, so iv got to see them while im here! The only problem with Tolouse is that the eurail doesnt go many places after that, so its like Tolouse is almost like a dead end, like i can get other places, but for me to get places that i really want to go to, and KINDA need to go to (in order to meet with Morganne) I need to travel from Tolouse, to another city, to another city, to another city, all to get to somewhere i really want to be. Dont get me wrong, im sure all these places are nice and all. Its just id really like to see my friend too! So, to Paris in the morning, then we'll see.
