Lisbon, Portugal.

So November 7th, that was the expected separation date for Morganne and I. Well, after our many unexpected nights in Barcelona, Morganne is still traveling with me. Not only that but we picked up a fellow from Toronto who we met in the hostel back in Barcelona, you may know him, Rainer. So now all three of us are together still when we expected to be parted a few days ago. And it looks like they are staying here in Lisbon just as long as I am. So, thats nice. I was also supposed to start my couchsurfing expiriance here in Lisbon. But that didnt work out. I looked for the guys pace and i couldnt find it, i had no way of contacting him other than internet, but walking around in europe very rarely will you ever find free wi-fi. So there was no way of contacting me. So I just went back to the hostel that Morganne and Rainer are staying at. And its just better to be in the same place as them. It would be stupid that all three of us are in the same city but we are all staying in different places. We travel together, we should stay together.
But this place, hostel and city, are great. Again, the people running and staying at the hostel are awesome and very helpful and the city is really nice so far too.
We just hung around the hostel all day, i walked around a bit, got familiar with the roads and everything around us. Then i came back and had dinner at the hostel. Thats another awesome thing about this place. Everynight there is dinner cooked by a different person that works for the hostel. Its only for 5 euro and i just have to make a little note saying im a vegan and everything is good. So tonight was a pasta with a touch of Portugal, it was great and it filled me up good. Every morning there is a breakfast too, which is awesome. Iv grown very fond of toast. We'll see what this place has to offer, maybe some fruit....and toast.
So after dinner we still just hung around and met with all the other people staying here and living here. Then we all went out to this bar where there was some reggae music playing. It was great. It was very awesome hearing them sing in portugese and everything. I had a good time.

Also....

On thursday night there is a show here. Cut Copy and Boyz Noiz are paying at this place called the Lux...apperently just GOING to the Lux is a pretty big deal here in Lisbon, let alone, for me at least, seeing Cut Copy at the Lux. So a bunch of us from the Hostel are going to go to that. I am actually really excited for that. Another good show to go to.

So we just got back from the reggae show. Had fun, but now it is time to sleep. Its been a long travelling day. We were on a train all night, sitting, and it was soooo hot in the train. I couldnt get any sleep. It was horrible, so...now im going to sleep.
